Current Responsibilities – Jamie S. Lee serves as Chief Financial Officer for CARROLL. In this role, Jamie is directly responsible for all accounting, finance and compliance functions of the company, including overseeing the corporate, property and fund accounting teams, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management and managing the tax, audit, and other compliance processes for the company. As part of the senior management team, she helps guide the organization’s overall corporate mission and strategy, as well as work closely with the President and COO to oversee the human resources and IT functions.
Relevant Experience – Most recently, Jamie served as Vice President and Controller for T5 Data Centers. In her time at T5, she oversaw financial statement preparation, tax reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, cash management, and investor reporting. She spent a number of years at Morgan Stanley on the team overseeing investor transactions and reporting for MSREF V International, a $4.2 billion private equity fund. In addition, she spent time at Ernst & Young LLP in the firm’s assurance/advisory business. She led and managed audit teams with a focus on commercial real estate clients.
Education/Affiliations – Jamie obtained both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from Baylor University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Interests – Running and staying active, spending time with family (husband and daughter), traveling and spending time outdoors.
