Jamie S. Lee serves as Chief Financial Officer for Carroll Organization. In this role, Jamie is directly responsible for all aspects of the accounting department including corporate, property and fund accounting, annual budgeting, and managing the annual tax and audit process for the company. As part of the senior management team, she will help guide the organization’s overall corporate mission and strategy, as well as work closely with the President/COO to oversee the human resources and IT functions.
Most recently, Jamie served as Vice President and Controller for T5 Data Centers. In her time at T5, she oversaw financial statement preparation, tax reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, cash management and investor reporting. She spent a number of years at Morgan Stanley on the team overseeing investor transactions and reporting for MSREF V International, a $4.2 billion private equity fund, in addition she spent time at Ernst & Young LLP in the firm’s assurance/advisory business. She led and managed audit teams with a focus on commercial real estate clients.
Jamie obtained both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting from Baylor University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Jamie is an active member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Atlanta Alumnae Association, where she serves as Vice President of Programming.
