Morgan McClung
Morgan McClung serves as an Investment Associate for Carroll Organization. In this role, he is responsible for portfolio asset management, capital partner relations, reporting and overall investment performance. Morgan works with senior management to develop and implement the investment strategies to maximize performance and returns throughout the lifecycle of each deal. Additionally, he assists with implementation of value-add strategies, annual budgeting and is responsible for portfolio tax management. Since joining Carroll Organization in 2014, Morgan has been involved in more than $1B in dispositions and debt-related transaction activity.
Prior to joining Carroll Organization, Morgan attended the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He also interned with Carroll Organization, where he aided in new acquisitions, due diligence and general portfolio analysis.
Morgan graduated magna cum laude with honors from the University of Georgia, where he received a BBA in Finance from the Terry College of Business. Morgan is a volunteer with Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities and attends Buckhead Church. He is also an active member of the Terry College of Business Alumni program.
