Stefanie Bertcher serves as Vice President of Finance for CARROLL. In this role, Stefanie leads the Investor Reporting Team. She oversees all aspects of the CARROLL Real Estate Funds including the investor closing process, cash and subscription line management, quarterly distributions, cash flow projections, and the production of CARROLL’s Quarterly Investor Reporting Documents. Stefanie also manages all fund investor relationships including fund investor inquires, requests, and questionnaires. Additionally, Stefanie prepares the marketing and fundraising materials for the firm including the pitch book, track record, fund offering documents, and press releases.

Eddy Chan serves as Property Controller for CARROLL. Eddy is responsible for the financial statements and all other accounting related matters for CARROLL's property management business. Eddy participates in the preparation and generating updated cash flow projections, budgets, variance reports, and quarterly reports to owners. Additionally, he works closely with our CFO to oversee the accounting team and implement streamlined, cost-effective procedures.

Also manages the 401K Plan as the administrator. Provides support for payroll. Maintains banking relationships, monitors property level and corporate bank accounts.
