Andrew Zelman serves as Executive Vice President of Investments for CARROLL. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and executing new acquisition opportunities. He works closely with senior management to define investment strategy and direct the process of each acquisition, including developing the business plan and structuring financing. He is also responsible for managing dispositions in collaboration with other CARROLL teams.

Stefanie Bertcher serves as Vice President of Finance for CARROLL. In this role, Stefanie manages existing limited partner relationship and oversees all aspects of the Investor Reporting process. She handles the on-boarding/investor closing processes, inquiries and requests from fund investors, and leads the design and completion of the Fund/Investor Reporting documents including capital call letters, distribution letters, investor statements, etc. Additionally, Stefanie prepares the marketing and fundraising materials of the Carroll Real Estate Funds including the pitch book, track record, press releases, and fund offering documents.

Head of Security
Jermaine serves as Head of Security for CARROLL. In this role, Jermaine oversees and provides direction for all security-related projects and physical security technologies for CARROLL and its properties. He interprets security regulations and contract requirements amongst subcontractors working alongside CARROLL, directs subordinates in enforcing security compliance, and maintains relationships with law enforcement and governing agencies and other issuers of security requirements.

Casey Barber serves as Director of Investments for CARROLL. In this role, Casey is responsible for sourcing and executing new acquisition opportunities. He works closely with senior management and equity partners in defining investment strategy, coordinating due diligence, developing business plans, structuring financing, and leading acquisitions through closing. Since joining CARROLL in 2013, Casey has been involved in the acquisition of more than $4.5 billion in multifamily real estate.

Jon Gilliam serves as Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting for CARROLL. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of reporting is met. Jon manages the preparation of financial statements and oversees the year-end audits for property, fund, and corporate reporting. He also coordinates with tax preparers to ensure timely and accurate tax filings. Additionally, Jon oversees CARROLL's corporate budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis functions.

Audrey Grant-Lott serves as the Director of People Development for CARROLL. Her role consists of employee career development for all of CARROLL's onsite and corporate support employees. Along with a support team, she develops curriculum to enhance associates leadership, sales, and customer service skills and works with all departments to develop and enhance systems and procedures to better align workflow processes.

Bob directs the production activities of 7 project managers, 2 compliance managers, and 2 licensed architects, to execute the capital improvements to the portfolio.

Property Controller
Eddy Chan serves as Property Controller for CARROLL. Eddy is responsible for the financial statements and all other accounting related matters for CARROLL's property management business. These responsibilities include financial reporting requirements, maintaining systems of internal control, compliance with U.S. GAAP, and providing advisement on financial and accounting matters. Eddy participates in the preparation and generating updated cash flow projections, budgets, variance reports, and quarterly reports to owners. Additionally, he works closely with our CFO to oversee the accounting team and implement streamlined, cost-effective procedures.
Larry Greenway

Larry Greenway is the Corporate Controller for CARROLL. In this role, he is responsible for the financial accounting of the management company, including monthly budget variance reporting, compliance with GAAP, and coordinating the year-end external audit. Also manages the 401K Plan as the administrator. Provides support for payroll. Maintains banking relationships, monitors property level and corporate bank accounts.
Michael Palmer

In this role, Michael has broad responsibilities including deal sourcing/execution, financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and structuring financing for new acquisition opportunities.
