Antoinette Williams is a regional vice president responsible for overseeing property operations in Georgia, Texas, and Colorado. Antoinette began her career as an account manager in a children’s sports company, but quickly found herself into the multifamily industry – beginning as a leasing consultant with Essex Property Trust in San Jose, Cali. From there, Antoinette relocated to Florida to continue her multifamily career by joining The Related Group, and progressed quickly from property a manager specializing in turning around distressed assets to a regional property manager. After her Florida portfolio sold, Antoinette joined CARROLL in 2014 as a property manager in Tampa. Establishing her as a leader, Antoinette was promoted to regional property manager and relocated to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Antoinette has expertise turning around distressed assets, managing acquisitions and dispositions, and developing high-performing on-site teams. Antoinette attended Tulane University, has earned CAPS and CAM designations, and is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. She enjoys dancing, San Francisco 49ers football, and spending time with her husband, children, and their dog Mia. Antoinette currently serves as an executive sponsor on CARROLL's Diversity and Inclusion Council.
