Current Responsibilities - Easley Hooff serves as Director for Asset Management. His primary responsibilities in this capacity include maximizing portfolio investment performance, business plan implementation, communication with capital partners, and reporting to senior leadership. Easley works closely with CARROLL's acquisitions, operations, construction, and marketing teams to drive asset values forward throughout the life of the investment.
Relevant Experience - Easley previously served as an Analyst in Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group. In this role, Easley led the underwriting and valuation efforts for the Tennessee and Central to Coastal Georgia markets, providing quantitative and qualitative investment analysis for current owners and potential investors. He was accountable for providing detailed analysis of property level financial statements, creating revenue and expense projections, forecasting future cash flows, assessment of potential capital structures, and asset valuation relative to comparable properties.
Education/Affiliations - Easley holds a BBA in Banking and Finance from the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia. He also earned a JD/MBA from The University of Georgia Law School and Terry College of Business.
Interests - Easley's interests include University of Georgia athletics, playing golf, and, most of all, spending time with his wife and family.
