Current Responsibilities – Jennifer Trapaso serves at Regional Vice president for CARROLL over the Carolinas. She oversees more than 7,000 units in CARROLL communities in both North and South Carolina. She implements positive change, process improvements, and strategic marketing initiatives that reduce operating costs and open new revenue streams. Jennifer fosters open communication and fosters relationships with prospects, residents, partners, and employees to achieve CARROLL’s short and long-term goals.

Relevant Experience – Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in multifamily property management. Previously, she was a Regional Manager and Broker-in-Charge for Berkshire Communities across North Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Florida. During her tenure there, she received numerous awards and accomplishments, including 2016 Charlotte Apartment Association New Community of the Year, 2015 Berkshire Communities Distinguished Service Award, and 2014 Hampton Roads Corporate Team Player of the Year. Prior to her work with Berkshire Communities, Jennifer worked as the Director of Residential Property Management at Grubb Properties where she oversaw a portfolio of 2,100 apartments across North Carolina.

Education/Affiliations – Jennifer graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Jennifer earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from IREM and was also awarded the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from NAA. Jennifer served on the Triangle Apartment Association Board of Directors from 2005-2006. She also holds a North Carolina Broker’s License.

Interests – In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, playing tennis, and hiking.
